Volunteer Availability and Scheduling

Our program is held on Wednesdays from 1:30pm until 3:30pm at the Robert J. Delonis Center at 312 West Huron St. in Ann Arbor and runs from September through May. We begin on the first Wednesday following Labor Day and end on the last Wednesday before Memorial Day.

Each class will be held Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:30pm. Each volunteer should arrive at 1:00pm and plan to stay until 4:00pm to assist with set up and clean up.

Please indicate ANY AND ALL Wednesdays you would be available. Once we have everyone's complete availability, we will "assign" an instructor and an appropriate number of assistants for each week. *

Additional information for Instructors: ArtBreak will supply materials to instructors unless you prefer to provide or donate materials yourself. Please refer to the "Instructor Planning Guide" for further information concerning supplies and a link to an inventory of art supplies that ArtBreak makes available for your use.
